About the Job
Job Description:
As a Guest Care and Retail Associate at Urban Nirvana, your responsibilities will be diverse, encompassing administrative and operational duties. These include, but are not limited to:
  • Warmly greeting and assisting all incoming clients.
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Overseeing the appointment schedule, including client check-ins and check-outs, and resolving issues such as late arrivals or missed appointments.
  • Developing comprehensive knowledge of our retail products to effectively assist clients.
  • Maintaining the clean and fresh environment of the spa and salon throughout the day.
  • Booking appointments and processing transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Assisting shoppers with retail inquiries and purchases.
  • This position requires you to stand during the scheduled shift.

An Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
  • Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment.
  • Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.
  • A professional demeanor when interacting with clients via phone, messaging, or email.
  • A naturally outgoing and personable attitude.
  • A passion for learning about new products and enthusiastically promoting them to clients to drive sales.

Availability:
  • Candidates must be available to work afternoons and weekends.
