Job Description:
As a Location Manager, you set the tone for guest experience. You and your team’s energy plays an integral part in delivering exceptional guest care whether the guest is here for a spa or salon experience or to browse our retail boutiques. You will be responsible for the day-to-day spa and salon operations at the location level. Some of your duties might include, but are not limited to:
- Keeping track of inventory, and understanding when/how to order more.
- Demonstrating a professional and dependable attitude at all times—the staff will follow your lead.
- Organizing and supervising team member schedules.
- Ensuring the team members are informed of company policies, procedures, incentive plans & goals.
- Responding to, and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner with grace and professionalism.
- Collaborating with managers company wide to reach financial goals, elevate customer satisfaction, and create the best working environments for staff.
- Driving revenue by encouraging service upsells and product sales.
An ideal candidate is someone who
- Has prior experience working in customer service management.
- Has prior experience in spa/salon booking software.
- Works well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Is very attentive to detail.
- Can moderate between staff-to-staff, staff-to-client, or client-to-client conflicts with swiftness and calmness.
- Aims to maintain a positive attitude even amidst challenging situations.
